Unfortunately, we do not have the functionality to check to which Apple ID you have linked your account.
To find the Apps using your Apple ID you can do the following:
1. Choose Apple menu > System Settings (or System Preferences).
2. Click your name (or Apple ID), then choose Password & Security.
3. Click Edit next to Apps Using Apple ID.
