Heroes can be obtained through the Recruit section in UA.
There are a few type of recruits you can go for: Class 1-A Rally, Engaged Hero and their support cards, and then Limited hero and their support cards.
Please note: The Engaged and Limited heroes are available for a certain time only, which is indicated on the hero recruitment page.
Heroes are recruited through the Hero Recruit Tickets which you can get in the Mall with your Hero Coins or directly on the Hero Recruit page.
You also get 1 free daily Hero Recruit ticket for the Class 1-A rally heroes.
